Directions

    Add the salmon and marinade ingredients in a bowl, mix thoroughly and allow to marinate in the fridge for 1 hour.

    Add all the slaw ingredients in a bowl, add the EVOO and vinegar and mix well.

  3. 3

    Add the skewers to a baking dish, pour any leftover marinade form the bowl over the skewers.

    Bake in the oven for 15 minutes at 200C fan grill.
