    Heat the EVOO in a frying pan, add the onion and fry for a few mins before adding the garlic and frying for another 1-2 mins.

    Add the beans and then the smoked paprika and cayenne pepper.

    Cook for a few mins then serve on top of the toast and garnish with the coconut yogurt and coriander.
