    Deep fry at 330/340 degrees F for 5-6 minutes.

    Allow to cool on wire rack for 15-30 minutes.

    Second fry at 350/360 degrees F for 1-2 minutes.

    Make OG red sauce: melt butter, mix with hot sauce, smoked paprika, and honey.

    Make ranch: mix mayonnaise, buttermilk, onion powder, garlic powder, dried dill, dried chives, dried parsley, black pepper, and salt.

    Air-fry corn at 400-425 degrees F for 8-12 minutes.

    Season with paprika, Cayenne, garlic powder, onion powder, dried parsley, oregano, and white pepper.

    Drizzle with avocado oil and season with salt and pepper.
