Ingredients: 1.5 cup flour; 0.5 cup corn starch; 2 tsp salt; 1 tsp oregano; 1 tsp thyme; 1 tsp dried basil; 2 tsp onion powder; 2 tsp garlic powder; 2 tsp dried mustard; 3 tsp paprika; 1 tsp ground ginger; 3 tsp white pepper; 2 tsp black pepper; 1 tbsp chicken bouillon; 1.5 whole chicken; 0.5 litre buttermilk; 0.5 cup pickle juice; hot sauce (to taste); 1 tsp salt

KFC inspired fried chicken but at home so it’s way better and packed with way more flavour
