Hot & sour salmon for a weeknight dinner is always a no-brainer

Directions

    Air-fry salmon at 390-420°F for 10 minutes.

    Make hot & sour sauce: combine ketchup, sriracha, soy sauce, rice vinegar, sugar, red pepper flakes, white pepper, garlic, and water in a bowl.

    Add starch slurry to hot & sour sauce and mix well.

    Serve salmon with hot & sour sauce, jasmine rice, broccoli, sesame seeds, green onion, Kewpie mayo, and seaweed sheets/chips.
