    Cut the bok choy and sweet cherries in half.

    Sear the bok choy in olive oil, adding some vegetable broth or water for a softer texture. Season with salt and pepper.

    In another pan, fry the tilapia fillets in olive oil, seasoning with salt and pepper as well.

    In a separate pan, heat a bit of olive oil and honey until they combine beautifully and start to sizzle. Add fennel seeds, ground cumin, and sweet cherries. Let them cook for a couple of minutes until the cherries release their juices and the sauce thickens.
