This recipe brings you the unforgettable taste of summer, transporting you to the shores of the Mediterranean.
Ingredients
Directions
- 1
Start by boiling water for the spaghetti. Peel the shrimp, cut the cherry tomatoes in half, crush the garlic with a knife, and finely chop the parsley.
- 2
Heat olive oil in a pan and toss in the garlic until fragrant. Add the shrimp shells and heads, sauté for a few minutes to release their flavors, then discard them along with the garlic.
- 3
Next, add the cherry tomatoes and allow them to release their juices. Pour in the white wine and let it reduce. For an extra touch of refinement, you can remove the tomato skins at this point.
- 4
Add the shrimp to the pan and cook for about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. Sprinkle in the chopped parsley and toss in the cooked spaghetti. Mix everything together for a couple of minutes, then plate the pasta and grate Parmesan cheese over the top.
