Ingredients: lettuce; cucumbers; pickled carrots (see my video on how to make this!); mint leaves; toasted peanuts; 1 cup boiling water; 0.5 cup sugar; 0.5 cup lime juice or vinegar; 0.25 cup fish sauce; 2 cloves minced garlic; 2 bags vermicelli noodles (any kind of vermicelli noodles of your choice); 12 chicken thighs; 3 tsp garlic powder; 2 tsp onion powder; 4 tbsp lemongrass (frozen, fresh, or paste); 2 tbsp soy sauce; 3 tbsp fish sauce; 2 tbsp honey; 2 tbsp ground coriander; 1 tsp salt; 1 tsp chicken bouillon; 1 tsp paprika; 0.5 tsp cayenne powder; 1 tbsp neutral oil or olive oil; 1 tbsp vodka (alternatively use soda)
