Turn the oven to 150 degrees c fan.

Combine the flour, butter, egg and sugar and mix thoroughly until combined.

Then fold through most of the chocolate chips.

Use an ice cream scoop to portion out 10 cookies spaced apart on a tray lined with greaseproof.

Sprinkle the remaining chocolate chips across the top of them.

Bake for 12 minutes at 150 degrees then remove and transfer (on the baking paper) to a cooling rack until cooled.

Once cool, peel off and that’s it!
