Turn the oven to 200 degrees C fan.

Brown off the mince then add the passata and stock cube. Mix thoroughly and leave to simmer for 15 minutes until thickened. Check for seasoning and add if you feel it needs any.

Add the gnocchi followed by the bolognese and mix thoroughly.

Top with the grated cheddar then place in the oven for 30 minutes until golden and crispy on top.
