These are great for adding to lunchboxes or adding to a fancy cheeseboard! Keep them in an airtight container at room temperature to keep them crispy!

    Turn the oven to 200 degrees c fan.

    Combine all the ingredients plus 125ml of water and a good pinch of salt. Mix thoroughly and set the mixture aside for at least 10 minutes.

    Spoon it onto a lined tray and spread out evenly so it’s about as thick as a pound coin.

    Sprinkle a little extra Parmesan over the top if you wish (no need, it just makes them smell good!) and bake for 30 minutes.

    After which, remove and leave to cool completely before snapping into crackers!


Notes

Can easily be made vegan by swapping the Parmesan for nutritional yeast
