    Add the oats, coconut milk, 1 tbsp of the desiccated coconut and two thirds of the apple and mango smoothie to a jar or container and mix thoroughly.

    Then pour over the remaining smoothie and top with the fresh mango and desiccated coconut.

    Cover and refrigerate overnight.

    Serve!
