Ham, Leek & Lentil Pie
I can’t pretend this isn’t ridiculously exciting so I just won’t… but I’ve teamed up with @aldiuk to bring you this delicious Autumnal pie which comes together in just half an hour and serves as proper comfort food

Turn the oven to 200 degrees c fan.

In a large ovenproof dish, combine the ham, leek, lentils and soup and mix thoroughly.

Place the pastry over the top and cut to size.

Use the back of a fork to seal the pastry to the edge of the dish and use a knife to cut a small opening in the middle to allow the steam out.

Brush with egg wash or milk.

Place the pie in the oven for 30 minutes.
