Creamy Courgette Orzo with Halloumi Croutons

    Fry the halloumi in a little oil until golden and crispy then scoop out and set aside.

    Saute the courgette for a few minutes on high until starting to colour.

  3. 3

    Add the orzo and 500ml boiling water, turn the heat down to low and cook for 12 minutes, stirring occasionally.

    Add your Boursin and lemon juice, mix thoroughly, season to taste and top with the halloumi croutons.
