Combine the oats and biscoff spread in a bowl along with half a cup of water (125ml). Mix thoroughly and bring the mixture together then use the back of a spoon or your fingers to press it into a lined tin.

Add the chocolate to a microwave proof bowl or jug and microwave for 2 minutes (or until melted) stopping every 30 seconds to stir.

Pour the chocolate over the base and spread evenly.

Leave to set for at least 2 hours before lifting out of the tin and peeling off the paper.

Slice into bars and that’s it!
