    Preheat the oven at 180C fan.

    Mix 160g rolled oats, 2 scoop vegan protein powder, 1/2tsp baking powder, pinch of salt, 1tsp matcha powder, a drizzle of honey.

    Pour 450-500ml milk/plant milk/water and mix it all together.

    Bake for 20-25 minutes (depends how wide your dish is. Bigger dish less cooking time)

    Top it off with vanilla skyr and enjoy
