High Protein Tiramisu Baked Oats

    Preheat the oven at 180C fan.

    Mix 80g rolled oats, 1 scoop @myvegan salted caramel soy isolate, 1/2tsp baking powder, pinch of salt, 1tsp coffee powder, a drizzle of honey.

    Pour 230-250ml milk/plant milk/water and mix it all together.

    Bake for 12-15 minutes (depends how wide your dish is. Bigger dish less cooking time)

    While it cools, mix about 200g vanilla skyr and 50g mascarpone for the topping!

    Layer the yogurt mixture on top and enjoy
