Korean BBQ Steak & Sticky Rice

Marinade your steak strips with 1.5tbsp of the Korean seasoning and set in the fridge for about an hour.

In a pan, spray with coconut oil and fry off your peppers, onion, some of the carrot sticks and add the garlic salt.

Pop your beef in the air fryer for about 10mins (you can also fry it off).

To the veg, add the soy sauce, red wine vinegar & a little bit of water.

Add in another tbsp of the seasoning let it simmer.

Add in the beef, mix well & serve with your choice of sides & toppings.
Notes
If your sauce is still a little liquid, mix together a tbsp of water and half a tbsp of cornflour then add to the sauce to thicken up - do this before you add your steak.
