Haven’t cooked in quite a long time & this was an absolute banger

Fry off your onion, garlic & carrot until soft

Mix in the tomato purée then the Worcestershire sauce

Brown off your mince with some mixed herbs, salt & pepper

Add In chopped tomatoes with a little water

Add in both stock pots - I also add some more seasoning here

Let it simmer for a bit until sauce has reduced

Later up your lasagne into an over proof dish - top layer mozzarella

Pop in the air fryer 175C for 25mins
