Roasted Butternut Squash Tortillas

One of the easiest meals ever and they taste so perfect and delicious!

Ingredients

Directions

    Cut 1 medium butternut squash into cubes, season with salt, pepper, garlic and onion powder and roast or airfry until fork tender

  2. 2

    Lay out tortillas on a baking sheet and add black beans, butternut squash and cheddar cheese to each tortilla

  3. 3

    Fold the tortilla over and bake at 400° for 6-9 minutes on each side

  4. 4
