    Whisk the eggs with salt & pepper then set it aside.

    Dice some onion, mince some garlic, chop the tomatoes!

    Stir fry the onion and tomatoes first then add the garlic.

    Add some water if it’s too dry then add all of the seasonings listed!

    Lastly, add the eggs and mix until its fully cooked & combined.

    Serve rightaway with rice & Enjoy <3
