Marinate the chicken thighs with salt & pepper then combine all of the ingredients for the sauce in a bowl.

Pan fry the chicken skin side down first until its browned and crispy then set it aside.

Stir fry some onion and bell peppers until fragrant then add the sauce we made earlier.

Mix until the sauce thickens then add the chicken back in.

Serve rightaway with rice & more blackpepper on top, Enjoy <3
