    Cut the kimchi into smaller pieces, mince some garlic & slice the pork belly into smaller pieces as well ! You can substitute the pork belly with your choice of protein.

    Boil the udon noodles for 1 minute only.

    Next, stir fry the pork belly until it’s fully cooked then set it aside.

    Stir fry the kimchi then add the garlic.

  5. 5

    Add all of the seasonings listed then add your udon and pork belly.

    Mix everything until fully combined then serve rightaway with an egg on top, sesame seeds & green onions! Enjoy <3
