Fadhila’s Pineapple Chutney

Keep the pan on the stove and heat it.

Add some oil

And then add onion, curry leaves and fry it for one or two minutes.

After that add some dried fish and mix it for a while.

Now add the diced pineapples,and then salt and chilli powder.mix it and simmer it for 15-20minutes.

While this simmering you can add jaggary and then few minutes later add sugar.

Mix it and keep on a medium heat until it turns sticky and little juicy.

Once you have done serve with fresh coconuts and toast bread or you can eat with biryani
