Grilled Chicken Ceasar Pasta Salad

Nothing better than pasta salad in the summertime!

    Cook pasta to package instructions. Boil for 8 minutes with 1 teaspoon of sea salt. Rinse, drain, and set aside to cool.

    Cook chicken breasts to your liking. Season with salt, pepper, garlic, and paprika, and cook on medium high heat 3 minutes per side until the internal temperature was 165F. Chop into pieces and set aside.

    Chop kale and romaine lettuce into small pieces making sure all stems are removed.

    To a large salad bowl, add cooled pasta, cooked chicken, kale, romaine, Parmesan cheese, and ceasar dressing.

    Chill in the fridge until cooled and enjoy!
