No Bake Pumpkin Cheesecake
The very best no bake fall dessert that you will ever have

Blend your crust ingredients in a food processor until combined. Add to you 9x9 in baking tin (ideally springform pan but anything works!), press down with your hand

To a blender, add all of your filling ingredients, blend on medium-high for 1 minute or until fully combined

Pour your filling mixture into your springform pan. Tap to flatten and spread evenly

Using a spoon, drop circles of coconut cream across the top of of your cheesecake, then using a toothpick or chopstick to create design by moving it up and down

Transfer to the fridge and let freeze for at least 4hrs. To serve, take the cheesecake out of the oven for 10 mins prior to cutting & enjoy!!
Notes
I like to top mine with Coconut yogurt and cinnamon!!
