Honey Dijon Salmon
A healthy + easy meal perfect for busy weeknights

Pat salmon dry + season salmon with salt + black pepper

Whisk together glaze + brush on salmon. sprinkle with 1/2 tsp paprika. marinate for at least 30 minutes.

Bake in oven on a greased baking pan at 400F until just done + flakes easily 9-12 mins (or more depending on thickness of salmon)

Air fry at 380F 11-12 mins (or more depending on thickness of salmon)

Pan fry skin-side down in an oiled hot skillet over medium high heat. sear for 3-4 minutes, until nicely browned. Carefully flip the salmon and cook for 3-4 more minutes or until the salmon is cooked to your preferred doneness.

Serve over: cooked Jasmine rice, cauliflower rice or preferred rice / mixed greens of choice

Garnish: fresh herbs + squeeze fresh lemon juice OR Sriracha / chili crisp / chili crunch oil or preferred hot sauce
