Crispy Taquitos
A tasty main, weekend snack or game day / party appetizer that’s easy to customize with your fave veggies / protein + includes instructions for the oven + air fryer

Heat oil over medium heat in a nonstick pan, sauté mushrooms for 7-9 mins + season with salt, black pepper, taco seasoning + coconut aminos.

Stir in salsa + cook for another 5 minutes. Remove from heat + set aside.

Warm tortillas until they are pliable. Working with one tortilla at a time, fill each with queso, sautéed filling, cheese + green onions.

Tuck + roll up tightly + use toothpick if needed to hold in place.

Place on parchment-lined paper or air fryer basket in a single layer (working in batches as needed). Spray taquitos with oil spray.

Bake in preheated oven at 400F for 20-25 mins OR air fry at 400F for 7-9 mins, or more until golden + crispy.
