Crispy Glazed Brussels Sprouts

A fun and tasty way to serve up your veggies for Thanksgiving or any fall meal.

Ingredients

Directions

    Drizzle trimmed sprouts with oil + season with salt + pepper + garlic powder. Toss to combine.

    Grease or line a baking sheet with parchment paper

    Spread onto prepared baking sheet in single layer + bake in preheated oven at 400F for 23-27 mins, or until tender + caramelized around edges, tossing / flipping halfway through

    Spread sprouts (in batches as needed) in single layer in air fryer basket. Air fry at 390F for 11-12 mins, or until tender + caramelized around edges, tossing / shaking halfway through.

    Whisk glaze ingredients together until smooth

    Drizzle glaze over roasted sprouts or serve on the side as a dipping sauce. Garnish with fresh herbs + serve with protein of choice
