Perfectly grilled paneer, crunchy exotic veggies, and a creamy peri peri mushroom sauce come together for a flavor explosion!

    Marinate the Paneer: In a bowl, mix paneer cubes with chilli flakes, oregano, and peri peri masala. Allow it to marinate for 10-15 minutes.

    Prepare Herb Rice: In a pan, melt butter and add chilli flakes and oregano. Add boiled rice and toss until well coated. Season with salt and pepper. Garnish with fresh coriander.

    Grill Paneer and Cook Exotic Vegetables: Heat butter in a pan and grill the marinated paneer until golden brown on all sides. In the same pan, sauté mixed exotic vegetables in high flame until they are crunchy. Season with oregano and little bit of salt.

    Make Peri Peri Creamy Sauce: In another pan, melt butter and sauté garlic until fragrant. Add more butter and mushrooms, cook until mushrooms are soft. Add all purpose flour, then add milk to avoid lumps, stirring continuously. Add Amul cream, Amul cheese slice, chilli flakes, oregano, peri peri masala , add schezwan chutney and peri peri sauce. Cook for 5 minutes ,until it is creamy and thick.

    Assemble the Bowl: Arrange herb rice in serving bowls. Top with sautéed exotic vegetables and grilled peri peri paneer. Pour the peri peri creamy sauce over the top.

    Garnish and Serve: Garnish with fresh coriander. Serve hot, allowing the sauce to add a spicy kick to the dish.
