    In a bowl, mix together yogurt, water, chopped onions, green chilli, coriander, and black salt.

    Heat oil in a small pan, add a pinch of Hing, followed by cumin seeds, mustard seeds, turmeric powder, and red chilli powder. Allow the spices to sizzle.

    Add the dry red chilli and curry leaves to the tadka.

    Pour the tadka over the yogurt mixture and mix well.

    Serve the Dahi Tadka with parathas, pulao, or biryani for a delightful meal and Enjoyyyy..!!!!
