Soak rice and urad dal for 4-5 hours or overnight.

Grind them into a smooth batter the next morning.

Let the batter rest for 1-2 hours.

Mix in curd, chopped veggies, and spices.

Cook in an appe pan for 5-5 minutes on both sides until golden and crispy.

Blend peanuts, tomatoes, curd, chilies, garlic, coriander, salt, and cumin seeds.

Prepare tadka with oil, mustard seeds, and curry leaves.

Pour the tadka over the chutney mixture.
