    mix the cocoa powder and flour in a bowl and set aside

    melt the butter and add both the sugars and whisk

    add the eggs and vanilla extract

    then pour the dry ingredients into the mixture

    pour half the mixture into a lined dish

  6. 6

    then add in the biscoff spread and dollop on top - swirl/mix this in

  7. 7

    then add the remaining mixture on top and add the biscuits by gently pushing them in

  8. 8

    bake for 30 mins!
