Add all dressing ingredients to a high-speed blender or food processor. Blitz for 2-3 minutes, or until creamy and well combined.

Start with a base of shredded iceberg lettuce. Add diced cooked sweet potato, chopped cherry tomatoes, finely sliced radish, hemp seeds, smashed avocado, and boiled eggs.

Drizzle the creamy pistachio & herb dressing over the top of your nourish bowl. Toss gently to coat all the ingredients in the dressing.
