    Add all ingredients to a blender.

    Blend on low speed, using a tamper if needed, until smooth and thick.

    Add a little extra coconut water if required, but keep it minimal for a thicker consistency.

    Taste and add maple syrup for sweetness if desired.

    Pour into a bowl, add your favorite toppings, and enjoy!


Notes

Use a tamper to help blend the thick mixture. Adjust sweetness to your taste with maple syrup!
