Baked French Toast with Blueberry Compote

    Soak bread in wet ingredients in a container. Cover & refrigerate for at least an hour or overnight.

    Bake at 180 degrees for 10 minutes, then broil for 2 minutes until toast is golden brown.

  3. 3

    Cook everything in a pan until compote forms.

  4. 4

    Serve toast with greek yogurt, blueberry compote & granola!
