    Place everything into a pot of medium low and leave to gently infuse for 20-45mins.

    While that’s infusing add 1/3 cup sesame seeds, 1/4 cup chilli flakes, 1/4 cup Korean chilli flakes, 1-2 tbsp chicken stock powder, and 1 tsp salt to a large heatproof bowl.

    Now turn the heat up on the oil to medium high for 30 seconds.

    Strain the oil carefully into the heatproof bowl with the chilli flake mixture and stir gently.

    Leave to cool down for 30 minutes.

    Pop into jars and there you have it.
