Chicken Salad Bowl

My classic chicken salad bowl with Vita-Weat, that you can also have as an afternoon snack that’s healthy, delicious and full of fibre.

For the avocado mix

Directions

    Add all the ingredients into a small pot and cover with water.

    Bring to a boil covered with a lid.

  3. 3

    Then low to the lowest setting still covered for 12-15mins.

    Remove lid and leave to cool for 5-10 minutes depending on how patient you are.

    Remove chicken and slice thin to serve.

    Mix all the ingredients above well.

    Start with Vita-Weat.

    Add the avocado mix.

    A piece of lettuce.

    A piece of avocado.

    A piece of cucumber.

    Some chopped spring onions, dill and fried shallots.

    Start with some chopped lettuce.

    Some chopped cucumber, sliced avocado, sliced chicken, the avocado mix in the middle.

    Topped with spring onions, parsley, dill and fried shallots.

    With Vita-Weats on the side as your crunchy vessel. Top each Vita-Weat with your salad ingredients and enjoy!
