Chicken Salad Bowl
My classic chicken salad bowl with Vita-Weat, that you can also have as an afternoon snack that’s healthy, delicious and full of fibre.

Add all the ingredients into a small pot and cover with water.

Bring to a boil covered with a lid.

Then low to the lowest setting still covered for 12-15mins.

Remove lid and leave to cool for 5-10 minutes depending on how patient you are.

Remove chicken and slice thin to serve.

Mix all the ingredients above well.

Start with Vita-Weat.

Add the avocado mix.

A piece of lettuce.

A piece of avocado.

A piece of cucumber.

Some chopped spring onions, dill and fried shallots.

Start with some chopped lettuce.

Some chopped cucumber, sliced avocado, sliced chicken, the avocado mix in the middle.
