Roasted Veg Breakfast Bowl
You can have this for lunch or dinner. If you want to add steak or chicken or whatever go for it.

Mix all ingredients and bake in an oven at 190c for 5-7minutes.

Mix all ingredients above and add to same baking tray as sweet potatoes and bake for further 15-20 minutes until cauliflower is charred and sweet potato is soft in the center.

Combine 0.5 tsp salt, 2/3 tsp pepper, and juice of 1 lemon.
Notes
Serve with quinoa, kale, cucumber, tomatoes, sauerkraut, and 2 microwave poached eggs.
