Prawn and Mango Salad Bowl

Ingredients

Directions

    Add oil to a small pan on medium heat.

    Add prawns and cook for 2 minutes.

  3. 3

    Flip and add garlic, spring onions and chilli.

  4. 4

    Cook stirring for 2-3 minutes.

  5. 5

    Add fish sauce, stock powder, salt and pepper and cook for 30 seconds.

  6. 6

    Remove.


Notes

Serve with mango, quinoa, spinach, cucumber, carrot and pickled onions. Obviously some coriander too. If you want to add lime go for it or a light dressing of your choice but I don’t think you need it.
