Mix well and cook with some oil on high in batches until caramelised about 5-8 minutes stirring continuously.

Pop everything into a baking tray and spray with some oil and season with salt.

Pop into the oven at 180c for 15-20 minutes until cooked but not caramelised too much.

Mix sauce well and set aside for the bowl.

Give it a quick blanch.

Then season eat bowl after you remove excess water with 1 spring onion finely chopped, 1tsp of minced garlic, 1 tsp sesame oil, Salt, 1 tsp sesame seeds.

Assemble bowl with rice (I used brown rice) and a fried egg with all the above elements.
