Prawn & Chorizo Spaghetti

Name: Prawn & Chorizo Spaghetti
Ingredients: 200 g Spaghetti; 120 g Chorizo (cut into small chunks); 150 g Raw king prawns; 4 Cloves garlic (chopped); 200 ml Crème fraiche; 1 Lemon; 10 g Parsley (chopped); 50 g Parmesan (grated)

This is one of my favourites in the book! It’s ready in about 15 minutes and tastes absolutely DELICIOUS!
