    Mix the butter, sugar and egg together until smooth, add the rest of the ingredients and mix until well combined. Bake in a mini cupcake tray for 15 minutes at 175C

    While they’re hot press down the centres and fill them with smooth peanut butter. Top it with melted chocolate and chopped peanuts.

    Refrigerate until the chocolate has hardened and enjoy!
