20-minute creamy chicken and mushroom dinner
It doesn’t get any easier than a one pot dinner, I love a mouthwatering, flavour packed dinner that’s quick and! Best of all there’s less cleaning with a one pot dinner too!

Season chicken with olive oil, parsley, salt, and pepper. Brown the chicken for 4 minutes each side. Set aside.

Add the mushrooms and brown them for a few minutes, occasionally stirring. Set aside once cooked.

Add onion, garlic, chicken stock, and lemon juice. Allow to reduce down for a few minutes.

Add the chicken and mushrooms back. Cover for 10 minutes to cook through all the way.

Add the cream and cook for 3 minutes until it will thicken as it cools.

Serve with rice and parsley!
