Slow cooker episode 4! This Persian spinach stew is perfect for the winter season. It’s warm, full of flavour and so easy to make in a slow cooker!

    Wash and chop the parsley, spinach, spring onion roughly. Place in slow cooker.

    Add the lamb neck, or any other cut of meat you like, season with salt, pepper, turmeric and cumin. Add the kidney beans, oil and water then top with dried limes or the peels of 2 limes.

    Turn the slow cooker on low for 5 hours. Once cooked served with jasmine rice and enjoy!
