Tandoori Potatoes – Easy Airfryer Roasties

Preboil the potatoes for 6-7 minutes until slightly softened.

In a bowl add all the ingredients to a bowl and mix well.

Once cooled, add the marinade to the potatoes and coat well. Marinate if you have time to infuse the flavours.

Add to a lined tray, drizzle some oil over the potatoes

Airfryer for 20-22 minutes on 200 or oven bake for 30 minutes until brown. Shake half way

Finish with a squeeze of lemon, salt and chaat masala.
