    Boil your pasta per packet instructions.

    In a heat proof bowl, zest your lemon, and juice your lemon, add to a bowl. Add sliced spring onions, coriander, sesame seeds, minced garlic, chilli oil, and sesame seed oil, soy sauce, shichimi powder.

    Heat the oil in pan, pour over it should create a sizzle.

    Mix well, add the noodles and coat well.

    Finish with some sesame seeds, fresh coriander.
