Healthy Rice No Bake Cake Bars

Tasty peanut butter bars made with only 4 ingredients, perfect as bars or small balls

Ingredients

Directions

    Melt your chocolate and coconut oil together.

    In a bowl, add the peanut butter, date syrup and mix well.

  3. 3

    Crush your rice cakes.

  4. 4

    Mix well and add to a lined loaf tray, or use your hand to roll into 8-10 balls.

  5. 5

    Pour the melted chocolate over and refrigerate until hardens.

  6. 6

    Slice and enjoy
