Peanut Butter Protein Crunch Bars

Melt your chocolate in a large bowl, use as much as you like, I don’t like it too chocolatey along with 1.5tbsp of coconut oil.

Mix your peanut protein powder with water and add this to the melted chocolate. Mix well.

Add the rice crisps and coat well.

Line an 8x8 inch dish with parchment paper for easy removal.

Refrigerate for 45 minutes, or until the mixture is set and firm.

Once set, remove from the dish and cut into bars.

Store any leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge.
