High-Protein Bagels with Jalapeño and Feta Air Fryer Recipe

    Preheat Air Fryer: Preheat your air fryer on bake mode to 180°C (350°F)

    Blitz your cottage cheese in a blender until smooth.

    In a mixing bowl, combine the self-raising flour, salt and blended cottage cheese until a rough dough forms. If the dough is too sticky, add a bit more flour.

    Crush your feta with a fork, add to the flour, with sliced jalapeno.

    Divide the dough into 4 equal pieces and shape each piece into a bagel, creating a hole in the center.

    Brush with milk, sprinkle with seasoning.

    Place bagels in the air fryer basket, Bake for 20 minutes. Halfway through, carefully flip each bagel over to ensure a crispy bottom.

    Let cool for a few minutes before slicing. Enjoy them buttered or with a filling.
